Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your dog stoked on every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
The basics
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in the condition you received it.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at info@mysaltypaws.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund or exchange). We'll send you instructions within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
Who pays for shipping
- Change of mind, wrong size, didn't love it: You cover return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped: We pay. We'll send you a prepaid return label and either refund you in full (including original shipping) or send a replacement — your call.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or print? Same return process — just tell us what you'd like instead. We'll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Final sale
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it on us. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
