Sizing

How do I figure out what size my dog needs?
Measure your dog's neck where the collar will sit, then add an inch for comfort. Our size chart lists the neck range for every size.

Care

How do I wash a Salty Paws collar?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, air dry. The REPREVE® webbing handles salt water, sand, and mud just fine. No washing machine, no dryer, no bleach — the heat and chemicals will wreck the hardware over time.

REPREVE®

What is REPREVE?
Recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Bottles get collected, washed, chopped into flake, melted into resin, extruded into fiber, then woven into webbing. The same material Patagonia, Nike, and Ford use. Every Salty Paws collar uses up to 2 recycled plastic bottles.

Warranty

What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?
Hardware failure (buckles, D-rings, sliders), stitching coming apart, webbing or print defects from manufacturing. Doesn't cover chewing, normal wear, or damage from washing machines or chemicals. Full policy at /pages/warranty.

Returns

Can I return a collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. 30-day returns on unworn items. Email info@mysaltypaws.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We ship from South Florida via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your order goes out. Free US shipping on orders $50+, otherwise flat rate $5.95.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Wholesale

Do you sell to retailers?
Yes. We work with surf shops, pet boutiques, breweries, and coastal retailers. Apply at saltypawscollars.faire.com or email info@mysaltypaws.com.

Who is D. Friel?
Dennis Friel is a fishing and ocean conservation artist. Our D. Friel · Connected By Water collection features four of his prints — sailfish, sea turtle, mako shark, mahi-mahi — printed on REPREVE® webbing.

Restocks

A print I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Most prints restock every 6–8 weeks. Sign up for the email list (footer) and we'll alert you when your size is back.
