Limited Lifetime Warranty
Salty Paws stands behind every collar and leash we make. Each product carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. We build our gear to handle the dog beach — if something fails because of how we made it, we'll make it right.
What's covered
- Hardware failure (buckles, D-rings, sliders) under normal use
- Stitching failure
- Webbing or print defects not caused by use
- Manufacturing defects
What's not covered
- Damage caused by chewing, biting, or destruction by the dog
- Normal wear and tear — gradual fading from sun, slow fraying from heavy use
- Improper use (a small collar on a large dog, for example)
- Loss or theft
- Damage from chlorine, bleach, or other chemicals
- Damage from washing machines, dryers, or hot water — our products are hand wash, air dry only
How to file a claim
Email info@mysaltypaws.com with:
- A few photos showing the defect
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short description of how the issue happened
We'll review within 3-5 business days. Approved claims get a free replacement of the same product (or a comparable substitute if the original is discontinued).
A note on salt water and sand
Our products are designed for the beach. Soaking, salt water, sand, dirt — all fine. Just rinse and air dry. No need to baby them.
